Now, we will delve into one of the most exhilarating features of Back On Stage: automatically booking all your musicians. Let's get started!
Setting Up Auto-Book for Your Gig
To seamlessly handle your gig bookings, follow these steps:
- Access Your Event:
- Find your event by using the dropdown calendar in the top navigation bar or using the search bar.
- Once on the gig sheet, click on the "Actions" button and select "Edit Roles and Rates."
- Quick Note: Ensure a service is added to your booking. Without it, this page won't function as intended.
Understanding Offer Methods
Three Offer Methods to Know:
- Auto-Book:
- Systematically contacts your call list until a role is filled.
- Manual Book:
- Used for musicians you've already confirmed with; simply add them to the gig.
- Shotgun:
- The emergency button; sends offers to all available musicians, and the first to accept gets the gig.
Configuring Roles and Rates
Steps to configure your offers effectively:
- Set Call Order:
- Use the up and down arrows to reorder your call list according to preference.
- Edit Rates:
- Modify individual rates by typing into the available box or clicking "Bulk Edit Rates."
