Want your musicians to get gig offers, schedule changes and band chat messages as text messages instead of digging through their email? That's what SMS packs are for.

SMS packs are prepaid bundles of text messages you buy once and use as you go. You no longer need your own Twilio account or any other SMS provider. We handle the phone number, carrier registration and compliance, so all you do is pick a pack and choose which notifications to send.

How SMS Packs Work

Prepaid, not a subscription. Buy a pack once. There's nothing recurring added to your plan.
Messages never expire. They sit on your account and get used up as your company sends texts.
We switch it on for you. SMS has to be enabled on your company before texts can send. After you buy, our team enables it for you, usually the same day.
You control what gets texted. Once SMS is on, you choose exactly which notifications go out by text inside the Notification Control Center.

The "Good for" estimates assume an offer, a confirmation and one change or reminder per staffed role.

Choose your pack size (250, 1,000 or 2,000 messages).
Click Add to cart and complete checkout.
Use the same email address as your Back On Stage account at checkout. That's how we know which account to activate.
