Follow these steps to set up each type of multi-day booking:

Sequential Dates (e.g. Recording Session)

Example: A 5-day recording session from February 5-9. You will book one group of musicians for all dates in the sequence.

Steps:

  1. Create a new booking and set the Primary Date to any one of your session dates.
  2. Add the additional dates as “Secondary Dates” (Ex: Feb 5, Feb 6, Feb 7, Feb 8, Feb 9) to the booking.
  3. In the “Schedule and Services” section, select a service and leave the “Date” field beside that service blank. Save the booking.
  4. Go to “Book Roles” and book your musicians for your selected service.
  5. When musicians receive the gig offer, it will indicate they are being booked for "multiple dates" for the recording session.
  6. Once they accept the offer, the gig will automatically sync to their calendars for all your selected dates (Primary date, plus all Secondary Dates).

Recurring Bookings (e.g. Weekly Gig)

Example: A weekly Thursday night gig in February.

Steps:

  1. Create a new booking and set the primary event date to the first Thursday (Feb 5).
