Back On Stage's new multi-day booking feature allows you to easily manage complex scheduling for your musicians across sequential dates, recurring events, and bookings with rehearsals. Follow these steps to set up each type of multi-day booking:

Sequential Dates (e.g. Recording Session)

Example: A 5-day recording session from February 5-9

Steps:

  1. Create a new booking and leave the Date field blank for the service you want to book across multiple days.
  2. Add the individual dates (Feb 5, Feb 6, Feb 7, Feb 8, Feb 9) to the booking.
  3. Book your musicians for the "Recording Session" service, which will automatically sync to their calendars for all 5 days.
  4. When musicians receive the gig offer, it will indicate they are being booked for "multiple dates" for the recording session.
  5. The musician's calendar will show the recording session booked on each of the 5 days.

Recurring Bookings (e.g. Weekly Gig)

Example: A weekly Thursday night gig in February.

Steps:

  1. Set the primary event date to the first Thursday (Feb 5).
  2. Add the additional Thursday dates (Feb 12, Feb 19, Feb 26) to the booking.
  3. Create a separate service for each Thursday and assign the corresponding date.
  4. (Optional) Rename the services to match the dates for clarity.
