Phone verification is an essential step to receive SMS notifications from your Back On Stage account. This guide will walk you through the simple process of completing phone verification.

Step 1: Initiating Phone Verification

Once you are logged into Back On Stage, click on the profile icon in the top-right, and select "My Profile".

Step 2: Inputting Your Phone Number

Look for the “Enable SMS Notifications” alert at the top of your profile. Click on the “Verify My Phone Number” button and follow the prompts to enable SMS notifications for your phone number.

When Will I Receive SMS Notifications?

You'll receive SMS notifications from companies you are connected to inside Back On Stage, but only if those companies have purchased and enabled our SMS Notifications add-on feature. Notifications from companies can include gig offers, gig cancellation notices, chat communications, and more.

Back On Stage will also use your number to send you OTPs (one-time-passcodes) for login purposes. These are used for added security to protect your account.

Can I Disconnect My Number?

Of course! Just return to your profile and and click on the trash icon next to your number, then follow the prompts to disconnect.
