If you are subscribed to a paid plan, you can pause or cancel your subscription if you currently have no use for Back On Stage.

Simply log in to your account, then click on your Profile icon and select "Manage Subscription":

Pause Your Account

You can pause your account if you'd like to keep your data safe inside Back On Stage, but you don't need to use the app right now.

On the Pause plan, you will be billed $3 USD monthly until you reactivate your account (just log in and click "Reactivate"). We will keep your data safe on our servers until you are ready to return, but you will not have view or edit access to any of your bookings, repertoire or client data. Your account will essentially be "locked".

Cancel Your Account

If you cancel your account, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point it will be locked, your subscription will be terminated and you will no longer be billed.

After your subscription is terminated, you have 60 days to change your mind and resubscribe in order to reactivate your account, otherwise all your account data will be removed from our servers permanently.
