In this tutorial, we're not just filling out forms. We're creating the backbone of your live music business operations. The setup process, while simple, will save you innumerable hours in future management tasks. Let me walk you through each step of the onboarding wizard to ensure your entire team gets on board smoothly.

Starting Your Free Trial

• Head over to Back On Stage.
• Click "Start Free Trial" and select your preferred plan.
• Follow the prompts:
  • Enter contact details.
  • Provide billing information.
  • Answer a few quick questions about your business.

This information helps us tailor the experience to your specific needs. After entering those details, you’ll access the setup wizard to get started on configuring your account.

Setting Up Your Account

1. Create a Strong Password: Security is key!
2. Familiarize yourself with the setup process on the next page.
3. Enter your company details:
   • This public-facing information appears on contracts and invoices.
   • Ensure the accuracy of your company name as it appears on legal documents.
   • Upload your logo for a personalized touch on your legal documents.

Adding Team Members

• Recognize two user permission levels: Members and Admins.
• Options for adding members:
  • Manually, one by one.
  • Bulk Import using our Google Sheets template:
    • Open the spreadsheet.
    • Click ‘File’ > ‘Make a Copy’ and save it to your Google Drive.
    • Fill out the member information.
    • Download as a CSV file.
    • Upload the CSV file in the setup wizard.
• Invitations are sent automatically to your team for them to create their own passwords.
