Is this a public show that needs promoting? The "Show" tab is where you can keep track of your promotional details. Here you can manage your guest list and promo details.

  1. Guest List - Just add names. When you're ready, hit the "Print" button and BOS will generate a beautiful PDF version that you can give to your door staff.

    You can add to or edit the Guest List in the “Edit Event Details” through the Booking Creator.

    This will show up in the Promo tab on the Gig Sheet.

  2. Website Feed - use this area to store you show poster, description, door and show times, and ticket.
