Inside BOS, there are several user types. You can add as many users as your company needs, but it's important that they each have access to the right assets within your company.

'Admin' Permission Levels

Admins are people who take on the booking workload in your company.

Admins can:

• Create & edit bookings
• Edit company settings
• Invite new members & admins
• Create and edit songs & set lists

Admins cannot:

• Get booked for gigs
• Get paid for gigs

NOTE:

If an admin also occupies a role (like musician or crew member), first invite them as a regular “MEMBER”, then upgrade them to an admin, so they can be both “Admin” and “Member” in your company.
