You can easily remove client payment transactions that have been made to any booking invoice, so long as that payment was not made via PayPal (or credit card).

Payments made via PayPal are unremovable since they are confirmed and completed outside our system.

To remove a client payment from any booking invoice:

  1. Open the booking and navigate to Finances
  2. Click the “Income & Expenses” tab
  3. On the chosen transaction entry, click the dropdown button in the “Actions” column and click “Delete”
