Writing the same email or contract over and over, then swapping in a new client name, date, venue and fee each time, is slow and it's where typos sneak in. Tokens fix that.

A token is a placeholder you drop into an email template or contract template. When you send that email or contract from a booking, BOS swaps each token for the real details saved in that booking. Write the template once, and every booking fills it in for you.

How Tokens Work

Every token has a Token Code: the exact text you type into your template. Token Codes are always:

When you hit send, BOS looks up the matching detail in the booking (or in your Company Settings, for the "My Company" tokens) and replaces the Token Code with the real value. Your client never sees the Token Code, only the finished text.

Tokens are only as good as your booking data. If a field is empty in the booking, its token will show up blank in the sent email or contract. Fill out your booking details (and your Company Settings) before you send.
